Does this headset Compatible with Genesis pure cloud?

Yes, you will be able to listen and talk through calls without issues. As for Remote Call Control to answer/end/mute calls directly from the headset, it will depend on the version of the softphone. In this case, RCC will work with Genesys PureCloud while having the Plantronics hub installed (available on our Poly site under support). Am I able connect to my Macbook bluetooth without plugging in the adapter? And if so, does that impact the audio quality?

I've used the headset with two different MacBook Pro's -- An early 2015 Pro and a 2021 model. Seems to work fine with both, no degradation in audio quality. I also used with with a Windows 10 box and cell phone (work and home). Only issue I do notice is that it will sometimes connect to multiple systems. When it connect to the phone as well as one of my computers, the phone mutes it. Took me a little while to figure out why I wasn't getting audio in/out.

Will the headset work with the plantronics 203079-01 base? My older headset broke and I wanted to just buy the new headset and use the old base.
