Do they fit split type seats

Truthfully they don't fit any seats, they are much too small

What type or seat design types do they fit?

They fit standard toilet seats easily, but they should fit an oblong seat. They are not a snug fit

biodegradable? no? oh no...more in the ocean?

I think the answer is in the question, no?
