Brush and Ash Rake is Flimsy
Both the Brush and Ash Rake are Flimsy - the Ash Rake bent the first time i used it.

Good idea, bad implementation
Anodized aluminum is slippery, which is great for shaking a pizza loose. BUT THE LOGO is etched through the surface and is grabby with a wet dough. Going back to Amazon.

This has been a great set for us starting out pizza making in our new oven! The sizes are perfect for 12โ pizzas and the metal is easy to clean. The other tools help with managing and cleaning up after the fire. Good value also!

Nice for the money
Nice kit, one of my peel shafts came with a screw installed so tight I could not get it out without stripping it. One of the other screws on this piece also was different than the others. Looked like someone returned it. Still, I like the kit, good value.
