Is it soft and well made?

It is extremely well-made! It is soft, but also packed firmly. It keeps its shape. The top of the head is hard, which is also perfect for it to keep its shape. This tiger was given to me as a toy for my cat, and if you’ve ever seen a cat use a stuffed animal as a kick-toy, then you know that the fact that this tiger has not only survived five months of that, but still looks pretty darn good, means a super well-made product.

Can you move the legs
