Gentle and effective
The product does what it says...The tips are made of soft rubber material. I was afraid it would be rough but it was soft and easy, let is not to force it...Fyi: it says the tips are single use (I thought it was reusable when I bought it but it says single use for hygine purposes but I think if you wash and disinfect it will get clean as it's made of soft rubber and not porous material) ...

Wow, surprised there was so much ear wax in my ears. Followed the directions and got good results. I'm sure I'll be able to hear better now!

These do not work. They are not long enough and you inevitable end up just pushing wax further into your ears. DO NOT BUY

These do not replace q tips
I found this item to be useless. I can attempt to use this with no success and then use q tips to get normal amounts of wax out of my ears. They twist up on themselves within your ears, not grab the stuff inside. Its an awkward shaped tip that doesnt really get into my ear. Waste of money in the end, I had high hopes.

What a piece of junk!! It came in a plastic bag and have of the ear pieces were poking threw the bag. What happened to the case it was supposed to come with?

This seems to be working so far, comfortable in the ear. Not the strongest quality, but we’ll see how well it holds up.
