Excellent Projector and great Seller
Great project and best price .. one of the best seller. I had a problem on my 1st order and seller reach on my phone and help me get the perfect one working with manufacture directly .. Worst experience ever!!!!
Dead pixels less than a year of actual use, was a hassle to even get them to finally replace it , even have extended warranty. Well they sent me someone elses damaged unit, with one dead pixel already, AND the persons information that was left on everything with the tv (apps, credit cards, name etc), so that tells me the DID NOT even check the refurb they sent me. I have a lot of health issues and have had numerous surgeries, and surgeries scheduled. I couldnt hook up the projector while laying in a hospital bed, or even while home after 2 neck fusions, so i couldnt check the projector right away. They basically told kick rocks and warranty was done. Ive contacted 2 supervisors and waiting on the 3rd to call me, im not sitting with a 4000$ paperweight they knew had qc issues. I know around 10 other people with the same issues. We need to join the class action suit going right now, and /or start another one. They willingy sent these projectors out knowing all the issues. Next step is lawyer and BBB.
