I know how to knit and crochet, but I didn't have time to make a mermaid tail blanket for my daughter before her birthday, so I ordered this one, and this blanket is perfect! I ordered an adult size b/c she is almost as tall as I am, and it's the perfect size/length. The stitch used to make the tail really reminds me of scales, and the color is wonderful. I have curled up in it when my daughter isn't using it, and I love how soft and warm this blanket is. It is also long enough to really cover up with if your arms are cold. I actually like it as much as my daughter does! The tail could have been a little wider, but it's ok and still fun to swish (yes I swish the tail--I guess it brings out my inner child)! I was very happy with my order, from the quality and price to the fast delivery. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a mermaid tail blanket.

I know she will be ecstatic when she opens the present. She'll probably be spending a lot of time in it, lol, pretending she's a mermaid flopping on the floor.The blanket is beautifully made, so soft, warm and cozy. I think the ruffles on top are adorable. It will fit her well with enough room for moving around. An overall good blanket that will keep my daughter warm in the Alaskan winter months; indoors of course. I can't wait for Christmas!!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas so I can't say how she feels about it yet or how it washes up but I think it's adorable and seems very well made for the price. I dont think the tail part fans out as it does in this picture but maybe that's a bigger size than I bought or maybe on her smaller feet it will look different. Either way I'm very happy with my purchase.

Our daughter has constantly used this since she got it and I am sure that the travel sack that came with the blanket is an added bonus that will come in handy on trips.It is a very soft and comfortable light weight loose knit blanket, similar to what grandma used to make. While we haven't had it long enough to attest to its durability, I feel that for the price, it is a really good product & slightly better than what we expected.This may not be for someone who is looking for a "top quality" product found in a high end store. However, it is sure to please anyone who finds great value in some great "box store" products.Our family loves this blanket and would recommend it to anyone young and old alike.

I like the blanket and I think my 9 year-old niece will like it when she receives it for Christmas. The only thing I'm unsure about is that the knitting is loose so I'm afraid fingers or toes going in the blanket might easily make holes over time, but that is probably a usual possibility with this style of blanket (knitted sort of like cable-knit). Overall, it is soft and the correct color, design.

My almost 7 year old daughter and her 7 year old cousin both love theirs. We got two of the pink, and they look exactly like they do in the pictures. My kid is tall for her age and this will easily fit her for years to come. It did NOT bleed in the wash the first time we washed it, which we were initially concerned about. Seems well made. No loose strings or seams to speak of. Made a great gift and I will purchase again for another kiddo down the road.

We got the for my daughter as a surprise for doing well in school. She loves the blanket and I like how she can’t kick it off at night when she moving around. It’s a really high quality product for the price and very good in design. The fabric is nice and strong which is always important with kids stuff. I was very happy with this product and am buying another one for my niece as well.

This is an adorable blanket. I had bought one for my older niece who’s 6, and my younger niece who is 4 wanted one so bad so a month later I got a second one from this company. The shipping is very quick and the material is so soft. A perfect and must needed present for any real life mermaids out there. Mermaids need to stay warm too :)

Quality isn't too bad, it has a bit of an odd shape; even for a "mermaid" tail.
