We were looking for a faucet that met the following criteria:1. High quality touch on/off feature2. Easy to install with minimal tools -- don't need a plumber3. Had both pull out and pull down sprayer head4. High quality, easy to use one handed docking of sprayer head5. Pleasant design6. Could be integrated with Google assistant voice commandsThis faucet met all of those criteria, and it has functioned very well since I installed it. Installation was simple, and the tough function has worked flawlessly for over a month now. I also ordered and installed the voice command unit that connects the faucet to your wifi, and that works perfectly as well. The sprayer head has good spray power, but it's not so powerful that it gets water all over the counter when using it. The dock works well and the sprayer head retracts without having to manually push the hose back into the faucet.We found many faucets for a lower cost that met some but not all of our criteria. For the money, I believe the design of this is well worth the cost.

This faucet while expensive was purchased for the wife's Kitchen Remodel.I made a deal that she will not look at prices but get what she wants to make the Kitchen complete. And I get a happy wife.And a happy life. It's priceless.Back to the faucet.It is a touch less faucet which is great for her and easy to me to clean.The batteries will last up to 5 years or with an adapter last as long as the faucet.Beautiful design, very good construction but it is what we have come accustomed to from Delta.All our sink and shower faucets, are made by Delta, and so far they have performed great over the years.The look is modern but simple and elegant. Really have a lot of trust in Drlta products and will as long as we are here.

I wanted a faucet that had that commercial kitchen look, but still had the pull out option. This one has it all. Looks great too. Overall it feels substantial and well constructed. It was very easy to install, although it helps to have two people while tightening. Took about 20 minutes to install after removing the old faucet.One concern is the middle part of the faucet is not secured to the main stem. This is so you can easily pull it up to get to the cartridge inside. Nice, but due to the faucet's height, it makes it feel just a bit wobbly in the middle. I don't think this will be a problem, but it's worth noting.Definitely worth the $190 I paid for a damaged box, "very good condition" version that was shipped and sold through Amazon. Faucet was still sealed in its original packaging and had never been used. Not a scratch on it. Saved almost $300 from the $500+/- for new. Just checked and two days later the "used" faucets are now $290 and up! I would have paid the same amount for much less quality at one of the big box stores. Nice to get a win every now and then.I'm very pleased with this Delta faucet.

Looks very nice but don't like the sprayer button being black plastic and facing the back as opposed to the front. The instructions that came with the faucet were completely worthless! They weren't for the same faucet and none of the pictures were helpful. Had parts and pieces without a clue where they go.

This is a great faucet! I needed a new faucet for a kitchen remodel. After researching various faucets I decided on the Trinsic Pro standard in Arctic Stainless based on the style, features, Delta’s reputation, and mostly positive reviews. I bought it in early December 2020 and had it installed in May 2021. After 4 months of use, I haven’t had any problems with it. The modern industrial style looks great in my modern kitchen. It’s a joy to use (even makes washing dishes fun) and is so easy to clean. It still looks brand new after 4 months.The faucet has great features. It can swivel 360 degrees (unless there’s a wall blocking it’s movement). The pull down sprayer toggles between 2 modes (stream and spray) and can extend to the bottom and sides/corners of a large, deep sink. A strong magnet holds the sprayer securely. The high arch (and swivel) make it easy to accommodate large items ( like cookie sheets, platters, pots/pans, etc.). Arctic Stainless is a brushed finish that hides fingerprints and water spots fairly well. It matches my stainless steel sink.There are some things to consider. The faucet is tall (around 19.5”). If installing cabinets (or anything above the faucet), verify the dimensions to make sure that the faucet can be accommodated. The faucet has a single handle for hot/cold, on/off, and water volume. The handle moves 90 degrees between cold and hot. The handle is made for a right hand installation. If the handle is positioned on the left side and there is a wall behind the faucet, the handle could hit the wall. As a lefty, I was concerned about the handle position and had the plumber do a ”temporary” installation so that I could try out the handle. It turns out that the typical right hand installation was perfect for me. I got the standard model instead of the Touch 2.0 since the price was lower. I also read about issues with the sensors for the Touch 2.0. (Disclaimer - I have no personal experience with the Touch 2.0 or any other electronically controlled faucet, so I don’t know how well they work).Amazon did a great job of handling and shipping my order. Initially, I tried to purchase the faucet from a “big box” home improvement store. It was not stocked locally so I tried to do an online purchase from the store’s website but the store wouldn’t ship the faucet directly to me or to the local store (in Honolulu). Amazon shipped the faucet only a day after I purchased it. The price was the same as the big box store. The faucet arrived quickly and in great condition.Based on my experience, I highly recommend the Delta Trinsic Pro standard faucet.

We've had this faucet for a year and a half now in our kitchen.Never had a problem with delta support, for both times we had to call/use delta support.First time, missing part, but that part didn't affect the functionality of the faucet. Missing weight, to auto-retract the faucet head. This was not a standard part, so, this took weeks to get to us.Second time, was when the solenoid gave out. Just ordered, should be here in 5-10 business days... but you can run the faucet by by-passing the solenoid. If you installed it, you'll know how to do this easily. If you were to purchase a replacement solenoid, they are kind of expensive for what they are.Overall, it's a great product. Just be aware that parts like solenoids do give out... it's an electrical/mechanical device...9/10 I would recommend to others. The 1/10, is the trouble/reliability long term... but the convenience of use, outweighs the solenoid problem in the future.

I've done a lot of renovation and have used many faucets, from cheap ones to German ones. Given the brand name and the price of this faucet, I expected decent look and quality. However, the finish (stainless steel) looks cheap, just like plain raw stainless steel. It's worse than Kraus, which is 1/3 of the price. There is a lot of plastic everywhere. The top part was not connected properly to the bottom so it felt off after a few days. It is noisy, indicating that the valve is not good. Returned.

The faucet had been previously opened and some of the parts were missing. We tried to get parts from the plumbing store but we were told it was a installation kit and part of the faucet therefore not available unless we purchased the unit as a whole. Unfortunately we had to return.

Wonderful addition to our kitchen. Looks great. The size is larger than typical faucets but not as large as many of the other industrial looking ones. The touch option is a must have for anyone who works in the kitchen. The temperature light is a really nice touch. You won’t get burned or put you hands in cold water.
