This is a worthwhile book to have on natural healing. It is informative and helpful. I think I be hard pressed to find any book more informative. I like to point out here that the most informative book I have every read on herbs and the like was Russian, because the Russians did an enormous amount of research on the subject. So as such there are probably some books on natural healing that beat the heck out of this one but I don't know just were to find them. Let me know if you ever do!
