Comfortable upgrade
My basic seat eventually got my rear sore, thougj it worked great as a kayak seat conversion for my ISUP with D rings. This upgrade made a big difference in comfort and thus more fun and endurance for water activities.

Great price, but not a cushion
So parts of the description properly describes this is a booster or pad, but other parts call it a cushion. It is not a cushion. It really is just a foam booster that’s very firm. If you know that ahead of time, then you’ll be happy! I use this on my paddle board. I put some criss cross lines of hot glue on the bottom (whatever side will contact the board) and it doesn’t move at all. I used Velcro to attach it to the kayak seat. Easy. But honestly I found I don’t prefer the kayak seat. Just use a folding concert chair if you have some board width.

Not sure how this could be construed as a “seat”…..it’s hard as a rock and there’s no way I would sit for a couple of hours while kayaking on it.

Made paddling easier
Fit in my inflatable kayak sideways but it worked well to lift me out of the kayak for easier paddling. Wish it was a little softer, became uncomfortable after sitting on it a while

It's OK but hard to get into position
I have a hard time securing this under the iRocker kayak seat because there is no way to connect the two. It wants to pop out or move around when you tighten the straps and try to sit on it with it under the seat. On top of the seat you lose backrest hight. Very annoying. My GF just went without and unless we can figure out how to attach it to the seat better it was a waste of money.

Waste of money
This is a rigid material. Think of it like a thick piece of rigid insulation board, not like a cushion. It also simply doesn’t work with the iRocker seat. When I tighten the straps that hold the seat to the board they cause the back to buckle and fold inward. I am trying to figure out what I can use this 20 dollar chunk of foam for because it’s not used for paddling.
