Shockingly delicious
This was an impulse purchase when I was deep in my sweet tooth cravings. I was fully expecting these croissants to be mediocre. I can't believe how delicious they are! The pastry is soft, buttery, and fresh. The chocolate filling is rich with the right amount of sweetness - not overly sweet. I'm pleasantly surprised at how good the quality of the chocolate is. Only complaint is I could use a bit more filling:) This treat is such a slam dunk. Do other people know about this?? It's funny because the packaging looks so vaguely European to my American eyes. When I saw that they were made in Bulgaria...I don't know...I expected the worst. Haha. I hereby officially apologize to the people of Bulgaria. They sure know how to make a chocolate croissant. Try these! You won't be sorry.

Worth it!!
Surprisingly good. The croissant is fluffy and has a slight sweetness. Chocolate filling is creamy and delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect for late morning breakfast with a good cup of coffee or tea. Definitely worth the price. Will order again.

Yummy chocolate
I had to try these and I am so glad I did. Just enough chocolate, and it is not a drippy messy chocolate. Is very yummy. And Thank You for putting these in boxes. Worked wonderfully

Fairly average junk food
Reading the reviews I was expecting something a little higher quality, but these croissants are about the same quality as the processed pastries you can find at 7eleven and other convenience stores. They're soft and fluffy, but also kinda crumble apart in your mouth. Not crispy and chewy like a real croissant. But at 6 pieces for $11, I wasn't really expecting the real thing. As an experiment, I tried toasting them in an air fryer and also on a cast iron pan. They become much better and more croissant-like. BUT there's this lingering industrial grease aroma that just won't go away and reminds me that it's not a croissant. It's a smell that's between plastic and stale frying oil, hard to describe. It's not too terrible, but it's there. I wish it had more of a dough/bread smell instead of this old grease. Overall these are more like 2.5 stars - not healthy at all (just look at the saturated fat content), not close to a croissant texture, mostly breading, and natural grease smell. But they're also cheap and the filling is pretty good, so I give it a solid 3 stars. The filling is basically the same as donut filling - sweet and more of a pudding texture rather than a thick cream. Probably won't buy these again, simply because at 300 calories, they're too sugary and not very filling. They'll just make you hungrier for another one 😅

Artificial flavor
I purchased the chocolate flavor. It’s hard to describe the flavor in another way except for artificial. The croissant was soft but not buttery layers like they should be. It was more like soft bread. It took at least 3 bites before I found the chocolate filling. There’s not enough filling. They leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I will definitely not buy these again. A disappointing waste of money.

7 DAY chocolate croissants ARE GOOD
These Croissants are very good. I was worried about the chocolate filling tasting artificially flavored mealy stuff. I was pleasantly surprised that they were actually made good. The croissant itself is a croissant not a fake butter flavored biscuit. I would recommend these to anyone who likes chocolate or croissants I started with a six count pavk ate 2 and ordered the 24 count package I will order more when those get low package well also

Maybe okay if your only reference is pre-packaged cupcakes or the like.
My wife and I both love a good chocolate croissant. We have had freshly made ones, but during these pandemic days, it has been hard to go out to find them. I decided to give these a try. The taste and texture reminded me of the snacks I might buy at a gas station convenience store during an interminably long drive. The photo with my review clearly shows the ingredients list -- something that is missing from the Amazon product page. Palm oil, high fructose corn syrup, vanillin arificial flavor; pretty much what any nutritionist writings says are bad for your health. Oh well, maybe they taste great??? NO. They taste artificial, the texture resembles a doughnut more than the flaky lightness of a croissant. We tried one unheated and right out of the package. Well, maybe that wasn't a good representation. This was followed by heating in a microwave and then another heated in the oven. Nope -- still not something I want to eat. Maybe I'm just fussy, but I am not a finicky eater. Those quizzes that have you count points for food you won't eat -- well, I only get one or two points, because I eat almost anything edible, so fussy isn't the problem. From other reviews, it seems many people like these, so feel free to give them a try, but my advice is to buy the minimal quantity to find out whether these are something you want to buy more of. Thankfully, I ordered the smallest package (I think it was 6). Great call on my part.
