Simple, Pure, and Effective – Great Value
This creatine is exactly what it claims to be—pure, micronized, and effective. I've been using it daily for a few weeks now and already noticing improvements in my strength and recovery. It mixes easily with water or my post-workout shake with zero taste or grit.I also appreciate that there are no added fillers, flavors, or weird extras—just straight-up creatine monohydrate. The 100 servings last a long time, making it a great value for the price. If you're looking for a no-nonsense creatine supplement that does the job, this is it. Highly recommend for beginners or anyone just wanting reliable results.

Great stuff and cheap
I've been using this creatine for about a year daily. No side effects, not that I expected any: Creatine is a safe supplement. It doesn't dissolve completely instantly, but that doesn't matter. It has no taste whatsoever, so I'm not sure where the other reviews saying it's 'sweet' come from. Take it daily, not just on training days, in order to maintain a consistent level and get maximum results.

This trend definitely works!
Decided to see what the hype was all about, and I’m glad I did! I’ve been taking this for almost a week now and have definitely noticed a difference in my muscle recovery. I also like that it’s truly tasteless and dissolves very well with a hand held mixer! Best bang for your buck and will definitely continue this in my daily regimen!

Good Creatine, But a Bit Gritty
This is a solid choice for anyone looking for a no nonsense creatine supplement. It mixes well enough in water or a shake. I think it has good value. The only downside for me is the gritty texture. Even after stirring well, there’s still some graininess left behind. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it could mix smoother.

Proteína
I’ve been using this creatine monohydrate for a few weeks and I’m already seeing results. It mixes well with water or shakes and doesn’t have any weird taste. I noticed more endurance and strength during my workouts. The price is also very reasonable for the amount you get. If you’re looking to boost your training naturally, this is definitely worth trying!

So far so good
To date, the product has proven to be effective, and I am quite impressed with its performance. I have been using it for a day and a half, which is a relatively short period compared to the potential benefits it might offer. While I have not yet experienced the full range of benefits, I have noticed a slight improvement in my workouts, which is encouraging. In particular, I am able to extend the duration of my workouts, which is a significant advantage for anyone looking to increase their physical endurance. Additionally, I find it easier to maintain focus on my form, which is crucial for preventing injuries and maximizing the effectiveness of each exercise. However, if you are not particularly fond of sweeteners, I strongly recommend avoiding products that contain them. Although the product is not overly sweet for me, with a pleasant balance that enhances the flavor without being excessive, it may not be suitable for everyone. Sweetness can be a subjective matter, and what is enjoyable for one person might not be for another.I am also uncertain whether the product will enhance my speed, as this is an area where I have not yet seen any noticeable improvements. However, it is important to remember that I have only been using it for a day and a half, which is a very short timeframe. I believe that with continued use, I will be able to fully assess its effectiveness in this regard. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the results so far, and the slight improvements in my workouts are a positive sign. I will need to continue using it for at least a week to fully evaluate its impact on my overall fitness and performance. One potential downside that I have noticed is some bloating after taking the product. This is an unexpected reaction, and I will need to give it more time to determine if this is due to the sweetness of the product or perhaps another ingredient. If you are sensitive to sweetness, it is advisable to avoid products that contain it, as they might cause similar digestive issues.Overall, I am satisfied with the flavor and the positive effects the product has on me. The taste is enjoyable, and the improvements in my workouts are a testament to its effectiveness. I am hopeful that with more time, I will experience even greater benefits, and I am looking forward to continuing my use of the product. .

Creatine a recommended suppplement for sIBM disorder.
Research on creatine monohydrate shows numerous health benefits. I take it to help retain muscle performance inhibited by sIBM. People who have this disorder may benefit from adding this to their list of supplements. I add it to my cooked cereals in the morning along with L-Leucine and Collagen Hydrolysate. I use 3 grams of creatine on days that I am not working out and 5 grams on days that I am. Workouts alternate on MWF from cardio to strength exercises. One week will be two cardio and one strength, and the next week two strength and one cardio. So it's just alternatng strength and cardio every other day except for a two day break on the weekends. The nutricost powder (not at all gritty) dissolves easily in the hot milk I pour over my cereals. Oatmeal (organic) is my favorite. Add organic blueberries and you have a meal that will last all day. (no sugars please - that stuff is poison) There is no added flavor from any of these unflavored supplements - all from nutricost. The supplements plus exercise have surprised my neuromuscular people at the extremely slow progression of the sIBM. On the strength tests they do during the bi-yearly exams I went from 3s and 4s to 5s over the course of 2 years. These are static tests however and do not demonstrate loss of muscle coordination over time. Creatine is a recomended supplement for sIBM. I am 82 years of age.
