Es muy buena, pero yo la mandé a buscar porque no me di cuenta yo no puedo tomar captura este Pastilla dura este y esas son muy grandes para mí, pero en el nivel de satisfacción yo estuve muy satisfecha, pero tengo que sacarla de mí de mi de mis cosas tengo que llamar a Amazon para que lo saque porque yo no la puedo tomar no la puedo pasar porque tengo una hernia que me tengo en la garganta quemada entonces esa tipo de medicamento por eso yo trato de buscar PR o este cápsula blanda pero es muy buena y tiene un buen precio y es alto los miligramos

Hard to swallow
They don't taste too bad like some vitamin c do but they're so big that they're hard to swallow and they're so hard that you can barely break them in half. The quality is good. The price was good and the amount that you get for your price is good.

Lo compré para cambiar por un tiempo el polvo de vitamina c, pero estas son muy grandes, tengo que tomar 6 gramos diarios y se me hace difícil. De todas formas los tomé y si hacen su trabajo y son de buena calidad. Las recomiendo
