My doctor recommended Thorne products and I have had better absorption rates with B-12 Methylcobalamin. No stomach ache or any other side effects. Note: the under the tongue product did nothing to bring up my missing B-12 levels. I have Celiac Disease.

This is a great supplement. As we age vitamin b12 is very important. I feel more motivated and excited for the day. More energetic. I have not had any bad side effects.

It came with the inside seal slightly opened and the plastic wrapping was easy to take the lid on and off without opened the plastic so honestly I am suspicious if these have been tampered with and I can’t seem to be able to return them
