These have no added fillers that can upset my stomach like magnesium citrate or any other form of magnesium. You take three a day and having the MTHFRG mutation these are very important for my brain function and overall body. The price isn’t too bad.

I got a dental implant and the doctor placed the implant too far down pressing on my nerve. My face has been numb, but improving for over a month now. Thankfully it has improved and he recommended b12 with any nerve healing. Easy to take and no taste. My problem are the side effects. My tips of my fingers and bottoms of my feet hurt bad and burn as well as tingle. I found out this can be a side effect. Just fyi.

It came with the inside seal slightly opened and the plastic wrapping was easy to take the lid on and off without opened the plastic so honestly I am suspicious if these have been tampered with and I can’t seem to be able to return them
