Beautiful cups to add to my rose cup collection.

The first set that arrived appeared to have the seal already broken with a note on the seal saying, “DO NOT SHIP IF SEAL IS BROKEN;” it had a mug with a chipped handle and some of the cups had a few small paint markings on them, but the replacement was sent pretty much immediately after my request through Amazon for one, and the return process was quick and easy. The second (unopened) actually new set was as beautiful as advertised and did not have any extra markings on the mugs. I was finally able to use them today for a “tea party,” and they were very sturdy yet light, and I really prefer these 12 fl oz size cups over the smaller 8 oz teacups because they holds more liquid.

Purchased this set to use for give aways! They are great. They are so pretty. Big like a mug but dainty like a tea cup.

I would have given this five stars because the mugs themselves are super cute. The reason I could not do that is because the package had already been opened, even though there was a tag on the outside, saying that if that seal had been broken, do not ship. Well, not only had the seal been broken, that particular package was shipped out to me, they had definitely been used! Now I would’ve washed them before using them anyway, but to find lipstick on the inside of the cups was a little off putting for me. I also had been charged full price as though they had never been used before. I would’ve liked to have known that the box I was getting was used.

I bought these mugs for a women's group that I host at my home each week. I wanted mugs that would be pretty, that would be easy to handle, and dishwasher safe. I am very pleased with fast delivery and the quality of the product.

I love these! They are the perfect size and thickness, and they are just so cute! You can't put them in the microwave with the gold trim on them, but I just heat up water in a glass measuring cup, steep my tea in that, heat it up a tad more, then more in the cup

The mugs transfer heat and get really hot when a hot beverage is poured. And 1 mug arrived broken. Pics attached, I would like to return and get full refund.
