this kit has horrible directions, missing parts, parts that are impossible to produce, and some CHEAP, PUNCH OUT, GARBAGE PARTS THAT ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. I will never buy this brand again.

This was my first DIY home I've worked all the way through. It was definitely challenging, especially the stairs, but with lots of patience and taking a break when I got overwhelming, I was able to finish the project and I love, love, love it! There's definitely some room for improvement, but all in all, I enjoyed every moment and will be purchasing one of those, maybe one a month to work on. This is my new hobby, lol. I would love to find a bigger one, so if anyone knows where I could find some, maybe 3 x's this size, I'd appreciate that 😊.

Very difficult and time consuming but so satisfying once you have it put all together. Its so beautiful when done

This is one of the most frustrating models I’ve made. I’ve made quite a few models like this but this one was the hardest. There are so many little bits to cut out and assemble. At time I used pieces leftover from other kits to make parts because the instructions were impossible to complete.

This was surprisingly easy to make because everything is organized and the instructions are clear. It's easy but time consuming especially if you're doing it alone. But so much fun. And the end result is spectacular. I've made a few changes - I did the green chairs in velvet and made the spiral bannister with toothpicks, brown paint , leather 3mm flat chord in dark brown, also sold on Amazon.

Très difficile, manque la colle, une fois les morceaux assemblées manque souvent de longueur donc devons rectifier en acceptant que la piece soit inclinée. Aucun morceau de rechange en cas de bris. Difficile de détacher les pieces sans les briser.J'ai fait plusieurs mini maison et c'est la seule que je n'apprécie pas et qui met la patience à rude épreuve.

I never did get the stairs to fit, and I really did try... but everything else I really enjoyed and it turned out very nicely! Maybe not suitable for a child though... ?
