I’m a size 8 in pants and have a tummy what size should I get?

I would say a size medium if you want to tuck in your tummy. I also wear a size 8, and the medium fit good, they're just a tad more high waisted than what I'm used to. I'm only 5'3", so I should have taken that into consideration. They're exceptionally soft and comfortable panties.

I’m a size 24-26 will these fit me ?

I would order a 2X because these are so large. They are super high wasted as well. But I think a 3X would be way too large for you. I ordered a 2X and I wear a size 18 in jeans and the 2X is sort of too large for me.
