It works great, the only powder I use.

This stuff is great! It's a bit tricky to work with, because if you're not careful it gets all over everything. But it sets base makeup wonderfully, and keeps you from shining in high heat, or if you just have oily skin. I use it with a brush now, and it's a bit more manageable. Smooth, silky look that looks great on-camera. Well worth the price...get several so you're never without it!

I've never written a review but for this I have to...I have tried EVERYTHING including 2 DEADLY courses of the drug accutane to try to control the embarassing shine on my face. This issue was taking a toll on my social life..my skin is really THAT bad. So after applying my face makeup, one light dusting of this product and I swear to GOD my face is shine free for hours, even if Im sweating, NO SHINE!! I would pay hundreds for this product. Its been a miracle to a problem I never thought was fixable. No other product has worked. Nothing. If you have oily skin, even the worst case like me, TRY THIS PRODUCT!! I am so happy for the reviews people wrote or I probably wouldnt have bought it since I thought it was hopeless so Im writing this to let you all know this product is no joke and for me my miracle!! This powder was horrible it left my face looking like I had a white mask on and my face was still oily. I don't recomend this product to anyone.

I used this in conjunction with Kryolan Face Paints for halloween. It was fantastic, I only had to reapply a few times during the day, and stayed very matte and had no smears.I tried it with my regular everyday cosmetics...and it does nothing. I still look oily pretty fast, and I can't carry this jar around iwth me everywhere I go!So It's 5 star for fantasy facepaints, 1 star for everyday use.

I have very oily skin & have tried many absorbent powders, and this one seems to do a pretty good job (not GREAT) and doesn't seem to clog pores. I'm still shiny after about an hour, but am usually shiny after 15 minutes, so it's an improvement. The color is stark white, so you have to press it into your skin well in order for it to blend. I would try using a powder brush instead of the puff that comes with this, as it seems to remove my makeup as I'm applying it.

I have extremely oily skin. EXTREMELY.I have tried seemingly hundreds of different products claiming to help with the situation, but nothing has worked. I came across this product on amazon, and was skeptical at first, but I am willing to try ANYTHING.Let me tell you. If you have oily skin, use this product! It really helps! Now I can't go a DAY without using it. I use this product in the morning, and by night I maybe have to use only 1 oil absorbing sheet if I really need to(you know those clean and clear ones like seen here...( [...] ) whereas BEFORE I would use like 5 oil sheets in one day!This product will change your life, and its not that pricey either! The stuff lasts for A LONG TIME too because you get a crap load of it.

I have oily skin ALL of the time. I've tried many products to stop the shine but this really works! It sets my makeup and I can go about 5-6 hours without shine. Now I must say I also started using a mattifying foundation (MaryKay) and I think those two together are keeping me happy in the oil free, no shine department. It's worth the price!
