Great Buy
Bought to replace an old Comfee shower so not a straight swap but this wasn’t brain surgery so after a couple of hours his done Seems good and the nodes all function as they should . Bought as used like new and it certainly is . Nice smooth dials and great value for money at the reduced cost but to be honest I would not have been disappointed if I had paid full price . Good power to water to . Very pleased

Nice and easy to install
First one I bought had to be replaced as it was already broken coming out of the box. But overall a good installation experience, nice and easy and does a pretty good job. The power on button is a bit cheap feeling, doesn't give much resistance when pressed so you really have to press it right in to turn on and off but that's the worst thing about it.

Good powerful quality shower very good price a product you can trust to work well does require a plumber/ electrician to fit but it's well worth it

Great
Works as expected. I had exactly the same shower unit before, that was getting old, so I replaced it like-for-like. Looks smart and easy to control. Good value for money.

If you love burning yourself and fixing showers, you've found the shower for you!
Why did you choose this product over others?: I chose this shower because it was cheap and boy, did I get what I paid for... Value for money: If you like to waste your money, love contacting customer services to book engineers and be told it's a user fault, this is great value. Functionality: Out of nowhere, this thing gets molten hot. If you left a young child in here and they didn't move out of the way quickly enough, it would damage skin and that's no exaggeration. When I've explained this to Triton, I've been told it's because we've moved the shower head which causes restrictions to the water flow and causes the water to overheat. So basically, if you remove the removable shower head, that's in an open holder that appears to be designed to be removed for cleaning and showering etc. you've just void your warranty. The Pressure Release Valve then goes - and obviously, this is not a design fault, it's your fault. I had an engineer kindly replace it once and he explained he does loads of them and there appears to be a fault with this model. He couldn't confirm if I'd be charged £100 for the call-out fee and fix, but did say i'ts highly likely as PRV's aren't covered under warranty. This happened 6 times over the course of 18 months and Triton refused to come out after the first time and said I was to blame for removing the shower head. They also said we needed to run the shower cold before we turn it off, this would prevent this and it was my fault for buying a cheap shower. Still a problem, but it's easy to fix. We replaced the shower hose and that seems to have fixed the issue. To me, it looks like they've added a lining inside the hose that when move tightens to the point where water can't flow and then it bursts out of the bottom of your shower. This item needs taking off sale in my opinion, but unfortunately, we've fitted it now on tiles, so isn't helpful given the holes that have been drilled Control settings: Basic settings, On / Off - Hot and Cold with a 1 to 10 heat setting Shower replacement: It's actually not an easy shower to fit, the electrics are in a weird place, but if you know what you're doing, it's all good. Personally, I'd avoid this thing and spend a bit more on a better model! I'd also avoid Triton given the level of customer service!

Good powerful shower
This shower unit was a decent price and easy to install. Obviously I had to get a plumber to do this for me, but was very easy for him to do. The shower head is large and packs a punch when turned on. So very happy with the electric shower. This is the second time I have bought the same one, after having the original one for 12 years or so and finally the elements stopped working and water wasn’t getting hot. I would recommend the Triton shower for its power and ease of use and a big shower head.
