For the Mfr: What is the maximum tolerated stove top (not oven) temperature in degrees? Reviewer said pan warped with high heat cooking.

I've never cooked on high heat. I have not ever needed to. That 's one of the reasons I love this pan .

Can you use glass stove tops ?

Our USA customer review " I have a glass stovetop, and the bottom of this pan was smooth, with no rough spots, which hubby appreciates! He has to smooth the bottoms of a lot of pans so that they do not scratch the glass top when they are moved around. The bottom of the pan is very thick and heavy, and it heats up well and holds the heat. The nonstick qualities, so far, are superb! " Please clean the bottom of the frying pan before use to avoid rags sticking to the bottom, avoid hot spots.
