I like that I can see the 9 inch screen better than the smaller one I had. It takes some thinking about where and how to mount in a new Chevrolet Silverado but after I got that figured out it is nice. The performance and quality seems to be very good and the free update maps will be nice.

I purchased this for the company truck, and we actually didn't need to use it for several months after the purchase, so it sat in my office in the box. When we pulled it out and started setting it up, it seemed to work ok. the next day when we were going to install it in the truck, it turned on for a second then the screen went black. Turned it off and back on, still black. Tried a reset on the device with the reset button, still black. The next day it turned on then after about a minute the screen went black. So a SMALL portion of the time it turns on, but most of the time the screen goes black. And since we let it sit before we started trying to use it, it was too late to return it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK. I would give no stars if I could.

For the price you really can’t beat it. doesn’t have the best graphics. Other than that i definitely recommend! I am a truck driver works pretty good as far as picking the proper routes and keeping you where u need to be!

When I purchased the product I was little skeptical about its functionality and options. I was pleasantly surprised at how it work. It takes a few moment to connect the satellites. Once connected the driver/passenger has many options including day/night maps that are truly accurate. The wait time to connect pose a little concern but after the first connection everything pops up. You can edit your routes real-time. It displays gas stations, truck stops, etc.. It will actually tell the driver that he/she is over the speed limit. The screen is large, and easy to install on windshield. Great product.

I really dont like to write negative reviews but I hope this review helps them improve their product.The screen has a slider to adjust brightness and at its maximum it is not clear at all. Could be a defect with my product but other settings make think its not.WHen driving the dispaly's brightness drops from that poor visibility to almost black out - so you have to keep touching the screen to reactivate it. And every time you touch the screen it creates a point of interest and interrupts your navigation. (very frustrating - the reason I bought a GPS in 2023 is so I don't have to use my phone which I have returned to using)The mount fell apart on the first day I set it up. The glued part peeled off telling me that there is an issue with quality in assembly. Either they are using a new product or are new to the business.The User experience of searching for an address, searching previous trips, and creating a trip is just too clunky. There is only so much one wants to do with a GPS so when clicking around sends you to unnecessary screens it can be very frustrating.

I was a little Apprehensive about ordering this GPS over one of the big name brands. There are a lot of good features associated with the operation of the GPS. It has far exceeded what I thought it would be. The size is perfect for my dash as I mounted a magnetic plate to the back of the unit and stick it just above my radio in the Silverado. Put in my fifth wheel size and did a route that I knew had a low bridge and it wouldn’t take me that way. So far I’m sold on this for the price I don’t feel I Sacrificed anything getting this unit. Some of the big name brands have voice activation and a few things that my iPhone does already so not needed on my GPS.

It doesn't have maps of all the states. It just doesn't show anything if you're outside the city.
