This rug pad gripper keeps rugs and other slippery things in place. I have a matres on an adjustable bed that kept slipping. This product fixed that. I had some left over an put in under a slippery bathroom rug. The rug now stays where put and there is a nice cushion under it even though the product is thin. I highly recommend this rug pad and will be buying more for another rug.
