I’m sure u can but would be faster to just go to a lock smith and have him make you a new key. If you don’t have one you may have to take the safe in  . In that case you may have to try and order it good luck

I didn't get an instruction manual. How can I get one or do I need to return the safe?

Hello, I sent you a detailed manual, please follow the instructions to use.
Note: Initial setting user code is 1234, fingerprint is blank (any fingerprint can 
be opened). The maximum number of fingerprints is 160. For your safety 
please setting your personal code and fingerprint once you received safe. 
For the first time to use. Remove the emergency key cover, insert key and turn 
it anti-clockwise then turn handle clockwise to open the door. Loading 4 AA 
battery into battery compartment. 
1. Change user code
Press reset button once, the buzzer beep twice while the blue light up. 
Enter new 4 to 8 digit password and press”#” to confirm. The buzzer beep 
once while green light flash once. User code setting successful.
2. The fingerprint register
Press reset button once, the buzzer beep twice while blue light up, put your 
finger on the fingerprint. When you heard two “beeps” while blue light flash 
twice leave your finger away from fingerprint. Put your finger on the 
fingerprint again. When you heard two “beeps” while blue light flash twice 
leave your finger away from fingerprint. Put your finger on the fingerprint
third time. When you heard buzzer beep once then the blue light off. This 
means the first fingerprint register successful. ( If you need register more 
fingerprint please repeat previous step )
Note: fingerprint should be confirmed three times in register process. When 
the register failed the buzzer will beep three times.
3. Open the door
1) Open the door with user code: Touch the panel to keep it in standby 
mode. Enter correct user code and press “#” to confirm. The solenoid 
work 6 seconds while the buzzer beep twice and the green light up.
Turn the handle clockwise to open the door.
2) Open the door with fingerprint: Put your finger on the fingerprint. The 
solenoid work 6 seconds while the buzzer beep twice and the green 
light up. Turn the handle clockwise to open the door.
3) Emergency open: When the battery is too low or the password is 
forgotten. Use external power to supply or use emergency key to open 
the safe.
4. Clear fingerprint and reset code
Press reset button 5 seconds while blue light flash 5 times. Then the buzzer 
beep once while green light up. Fingerprint cleared successfully and code 
return to initial setting.
5. Alarm function
Three times wrong code or five times wrong fingerprint entering. The 
loudspeaker will alarm 20 seconds. Enter correct code or fingerprint. Alarm 
will be cleared.
6. Silence function
Press “00” and “*” in standby mode to turn on the silence function. Every 
operation will be silence. Press “66” and“*”return to normal. 
7. Vibration alarm function
Press “*” once in standby mode. The buzzer beep long time once to start 
vibration alarm function. When the safe get shock or be moved. The 
loudspeaker and buzzer alarm same time while blue light flash 20 seconds. 
Enter correct code or fingerprint to clear alarm. 
8. Under-voltage alarm function
When the voltage under 4.8 volt, red light up in opening process. Remind 
user change battery as soon as possible. When the voltage under 4 volt 
keypad and fingerprint locked. Red light flash followed buzzer beep when 
you try to enter code or fingerprint

How do you change the batteries in the safe if you do not have a key and the batteries ran out.
