Seems like a very high quality product, but time will tell. I've bought these to train towards a muscle up, and they're perfect for me. I've tested these to determine exactly how much assistance the band's are offering, here's what I found.If you understand a little bit about physics, you'll know that the further you stretch the band's the more assistance you'll get. So bare in mind that I'm 170cm. If you're taller you'll get more assistance on pull ups, if you're shorter you'll get less. That being said here are my findings.Green band: 4 kg assistancePurple band: 12 kg assistanceBlack band: 22 kg assistanceBasically what this means is that, combining all 3 bands, you'll feel about 38kg lighter when performing pull ups. This should be suitable for beginners if you're on the lighter side weight wise, but if you're a beginner weighing over roughly 65-70 kg (men) or over around 55 kg (women) then its possible that you'll require a higher level of resistance.Hope this was helpful!

The green band snapped after first use.Contacted the seller to have the green band replaced but the seller didn’t respond back, now I’m returning the item.

The bands are quite good and strong but the photos used to sell this product are a bit misleading. It describes 5 bands with different strengths and there is nothing in the title to imply that you only get the 3 weaker bands. I bought this as i wanted the 2 more heavy duty ones so i can work on my pull ups. It was a pretty disappointing when i only got the 3 weaker ones. Partially my fault as it does say further down in the description only 3 of the weaker ones will be sent. But why not match the photos to the actual product that you sell? This really frustrates me as ive forked out another £15 to buy the more heavy duty band i wanted from someone else. :(

I've had the exact set for over a year now of use every day by me and they have held up great, the only reason I've ordered a second is as present for my nephew that I don't want killing himself with a weight bar, these are nice and thick and nothing like the skinny balloon material I have seen some made from, and the range of exercises you can do with these is large. Came well packaged and on time.

I had the same issue as another customer here, you have put up pictures of 5 bands and you even put in the description that the bands are plural, you don't give the option to select which bands you want or even let your customers know which one you are sending!?!!!? If I could have selected the band I wanted at least then I wouldn't be writing this, do you just pick up whichever band is closest to you and stick it in he mail for your customer?This is false advertising as your customers including me do believe that we are getting all the bands you advertise in all of your pictures, you don't even say anything about only 1 band per day since you don't give the option to select which band you want, it means that when a customer purchases this product, they do so believing that they are going to get all off them! Please send me the other 4 bands in your advertisement or I will be taking this matter further to your regulators in amazon, the FOS and trading standards.Very disappointed and disillusioned customer
