How can I be sure that these cards were produced by the manufacturer? In other words...no fakes or unofficial duplicates?

They are not truthful about rare,or copy’s..I have been very disappointed for my grandson’s.. Actually I am still embarrassed from the unwrapping of the cards On 12/27/ 2022 arrived after Xmas , they are not in a box sealed.. just know this ..My grandsons at 9 yrs old new Id been taken for a ride…they to.d me they scammed me..not such a good feeling at Xmas for the or me..Buying over seas doesn’t work well.. Walmart has Real Boxes that haven been gone threw..they even came in clear plastic with a slight sticky at top to keep closed…

My son received 2 EX cares in his shipment. It just basically depends on the 'luck of the draw'.

If I was to buy two of these, would I get duplicates , and, if so, how many?

Probably around 2-5 duplicates. I bought two of these and in my second set got 3 of the exact same cards from the previous buy; I also got 2 pokemon in the second buy that are the same pokemon from the first buy, but different sets of those cards. I think it's definitely worth buying once, maybe even twice.
