I just have to say how much I love this smart toilet. I totally did my research and I really feel that this bidet is not just an affordable option, but also has all the bells and whistles of the more expensive brands. From the easy purchase, to it being delivered on time you can see the care that was put into upon opening as it was securing protected in the packaging with all that it came with for install. My licensed plumber I use for all my plumbing repairs & replacements was able to install the toilet in under 2 hours with no issues. It was the first time he had installed a bidet toilet like this and to his surprise he was able to hook it up with ease and under the time he thought it was going to take him.The installation and operation manual is easy to follow and simply stated. I was so excited to try out the toilet and all the amazing features. As I approach the toilet the lid immediately lifts and to my surprise, the seat was already heated, what a nice feeling I must say. I then tested out the bidet features that were very accommodating, I appreciated the adjustments to both the rear and the front features for the whole family to use with comfort. I also enjoyed the different temperature settings on each feature. The drying element is very useful and effective too! I will say, the toilet's one-piece design looks modern & sleek and is amazing for us clean freaks – cleaning is a breeze! I can’t stop raving about this BidetMate toilet – Happy shopper over here.

This is my first bidet. I first used a bidet around 17 years ago in Japan and was amazed by it. Finally able to get one with my bathroom remodel. I love the automatic lid opener and heated seat. So far everything works as advertised. I am still figuring out how to optimally use everything. The flush is powerful and so is the spray and dryer. No complaints yet!

I've had some add on bidets for our existing toilet, but they always reduce the size of the seat, so wanted to get a complete system. Love this toilet -1. Installation was easy. Watch the video for installation. Went exactly like that. It was quite easy, and although I would recommend 2 people for the final lift in place, i was able to do it by myself using wood blocks under the front and back of the toilet2. Very comfortable!3. Love the night light, auto-cover/seat opening, flush4. Remote is easy to use!5. Love the power-flushIt looks very clean. Only challenge is this is replacing a toilet with a tank and the wall behind the tank is now exposed - and it wasn't painted (not the toilets fault, but fyi)Love it!

Ater using this one piece bidet, I can’t imagine using other toilets. Seat is warm, water is warm. it opens , flushes and closes the lid on its own.

Installation isn't that bad, but there are some plumbers that just won't work with it for some reason, even if you provide the video.The equipment itself is very good, ones issue I'm having is that there's a configuration for three pressures, but I only get two of them, and the third one seems to malfunction.Overall, it's fine. Just getting that initial install to be correct. It's not like a conventional toilet, and you gotta lift it from the inside. It is heavy as well.Flushing is kind of bad, you can't flush after pressing the button twice after another, it makes you wait.If the power goes out, you can't flush, so I had to buy a battery for this.

After weeks of research I finally settled on the BidetMate 6000 Toilet, and I could not be happier. The toilet was installed by my plumber and other than having to shorten the length of the angle valve (because I did not want a hole cut in my wall to relocate the water line) the installation went well. The features of the toilet are plentiful. From the kick button to the user friendly remote control I am very pleased. The toilet is well built using ceramic for the toilet bowl and a thermo plastic for both the seat and the lid. I wanted to purchase another toilet from Amazon because of the two hundred dollar discount, whereas the maker's of the toilet charge the nearly full price of fifteen hundred if you buy from thier website. Thankfully, I was able to find it at the Amazon discount price elsewhere.

New out of the box—never flushed properly. Spent additional $1000 on plumber to snake drain for possible blockage. Didn’t help, can’t use. Vendor says use a coat hanger to remove blockage but it’s never been used so what blockage could there be? Unusable and not returnable.Ended up buying BidetMate 6000 which works fine. Buyer beware: the 5000 model needs a very specific Flow rate which is not stated in the description. They refused to refund so now I’ve paid for 2 bidets, one is sitting on my back porch

I researched bidets for a year and a half before purchasing this one. I chose it for several reasons… no blu night light, the beep sound per command is tolerable, it’s beautiful looking and the price, reasonable… it’s been a year and a half since I purchased it. I am happy to leave a five star review because this bidet has performed perfectly and has been an absolute joy to have in our home!
