Great for power outages and grilling in the dark. Good battery life and a lot of light output.It is not as bright as propane, but it works well.

This retro style lantern puts out a decent amount of light. Got this to use to light up a room for when the power goes out during hurricanes and such. I wanted something that used batteries. If you don't have power you can't charge a light. Eventually the portable chargers need to be charged also. With this lantern I don't have to worry about having to charge it, just keep and extra pack of batteries around.

My home has had a few blackouts and I’ve kept this lamp for those night . It is very bright, perfect for these occasions. My son loves to carry it around and has accidentally dropped it a few times . It has held up well, still works great. Very happy with this lamp.

These lanterns are great. The style is perfect for what was looking for, I did not want the modern looking lamp. I really like the light they give out also.

This was a hit at our 10 year old’s Girl Scout camp. It was the primary source of light in the cabin for the week. Seems pretty sturdy and even at the low and medium settings casts a substantial amount of light. We bought the 500 L.

Lightning struck our local substation for our power and our power has been out for over two hours. This lantern has been on and going strong since then I bought this over a month and a half ago had batteries in it and sure enough it now came time we needed it, and it delivered, highly recommended for camping power outages any kind of emergency you can throw at it and the flashing light mode is an excellent thing for if you’re broke down on the side of the road to alert, drivers you can’t beat it for the cost, either very economical and gives off plenty of light. You can buy this product with confidence.

Compact, cute, retro vibe. It works perfectly with my ikea rechargeable batteries. Nice warm lighting and quite bright on highest setting. You can hang it or use it as a tiny table lamp. Pleased with this purchase.
