This works like a charm to loosen up all of the boogers! My baby tolerates it really well and it's easy and quick to use. I don't think anything really sets it apart from other nasal sprays, so I'm sure any one would work. But having a nasal spray of some kind is so valuable to fully clean out your baby's nose. I do like that it comes with a cover for the spray as well. Keeps things sanitary.

Needs squeezing tests multiple times before liquid actually comes out It’s so high cost and half the bottle gets wasted in just testing That also leaves the child irritated when you do multiple attempts to do the nose spray in a small baby’s nose
