Came exactly as advertized
The shoes arrived earlier than expected. The packaging was flawless, and they are super comfortable. I didn't size up or down and got my exact US size. One star less because there was some glue material stuck to the laces. Overall, a great purchase.

Cute and well made, but extremely narrow!
I was so excited for these and really hopeful that they would work out. I'm into vintage inspired style, but unfortunately I'm physically disabled and cannot wear the heels that I dream of. When I found these I thought they would go perfectly with my vintage style clothing and still be comfortable for me to actually walk in. A lot of other oxford or wingtip style shoes can appear more masculine, and I wanted something a bit more delicate or feminine that would be cute with skirts and dresses. They also seemed like they would work great for either dressing up or down. I'll admit that these shoes are beautifully made, especially considering the price, but they are extremely narrow. I had seen in one or two reviews that they run slightly small, so I orded half a size up. If I had purchased my normal (most often bought) size I wouldn't have been able to try them on at all. Ultimately I was able to just barely slide my feet into them, but even just walking around the room quickly became painful. They're abnormally narrow in my opinion. I don't have particularly wide feet, and I've never really ever had a problem like this with shoes before. When you look at them from the top of the shoe you won't notice how narrow they actually are. But you can definitely tell when looking at the sole. At the arch of your foot, the width of the sole is only 1.75" wide. This not only makes you unnaturally push your weight to the outsides of your feet, it also forcably squishes your toes together. If you're just sitting it's not a problem, but as soon as you take a step or bear your weight down in any way, you become painfully aware of the issues. In the pictures I've attached, I added a side by side of the soles of these shoes compared with a normal pair of shoes of the same size and similar style. As you can see, the length of the soles are the same (10.75"). However the width of both shoes is drastically different. Especially considering they are the exact same size. It's much more apparent visually in person, so I broke out the measuring tape for you. The measurements of this (black) shoe are: widest part of toe- 3.25", middle of arch- 1.75", heel width- 2.25". While the measurements for the regular/average (brown) shoe are: toe- 3.75", arch- 2.5", heel- 2.75". So there are definite sizing differences. The width of each point of the sole are at least 1/2" too narrow. Which, I mean when we're talking about relatively small increments, is kind of huge. Also, as you may notice in the picture, these shoes have a dramatic curve on the inner part of the foot from the toe through the arch, to accommodate the drastic width change. I don't know if you can tell in the photo, but there's at least 1.25" of space between where the inside of the sole ends and the inside of the actual shoe and/or where the inside of your foot would end. So as a result the arch of your foot doesn't really have anything under it for support. It ends up forcing your weight to the outside of your feet in a very uncomfortable and unnatural manner. But like I said before, these shoes are very well made. That's why I ended up givimg them more than 1 star. They have slight padding in the heel, the treads are anti-slip, I love that they come in solid black instead of just the traditional black and white, the contrast in texture of the patent "leather" and regular "leather" is very aesthetic, and the detailing is well done. So if you have very narrow, and tend to walk on the outsides of your feet, definitely go for it! They are a wonderful quality and great style for the price! Sadly, if it weren't for the crazy narrow sole, I would think these shoes were absolutely perfect. So it's really unfortunate and a little bit heartbreaking that I have to send them back. However, because I do love the quality of the shoe itself, I am going to be ordering a different style of wingtip shoe from this brand. Unfortunately they don't come in the solid color with contrasting leather textures, but I can tell from the pictures that the sole is much wider and extends to the actual shoe's width in the arch. Hopefully they'll be everything that these shoes couldn't be. But we shall see.

Comfortable, Nice Material and Style
These are really comfy shoes. I got them to use as dance shoes for a 1950s-style musical and didn't want to wear heels and they are really well made and nice. The insoles are pretty flat so I added another set of insoles for cushion just to help me feet. The material is fabulous. I did get a 1/2 size larger as I prefer wider shoes but the fit seems standard. I had to send back the first pair I ordered for a larger size and the process for returns was super easy and no stress. Really like this company!

Sadly not with my high arches….
So cute! A more feminine take on oxfords/wingtips. They arrived well-packaged. Each shoe is stuffed with paper and enclosed in a mesh type bag (think tea bag quality). Phew a strong chemical smell when opened, but I hoped that would fade. We’ll never know, because I could hardly get the shoe on. I loosened the laces as much as I could, but my heel would not comfortably slide into the shoe. I didn’t want to force it, and I suspect that the laces wouldn’t be as attractive as they are in the photo, anyway, over my high arches. There would be a gap. Sadly I had to return these. During my brief encounter they didn’t seem very flexible but other reviewers have mentioned dancing in them!…so maybe they break in quickly.

Not a real color red
I have ordered shoes from company before. I ordered the red. The red is not really “RED” and I had to buy shoe dye to make the wing tip and back turn red. I was disappointed in the color they said was red. Even the shoemaker said they weren’t really red. But the shoe fit well. The company sent second pair of white laces.

So Far So Good - EDITED - NO GOOD.
The shipping was pretty quick, although it better be since it's pretty steep. The shoes do have a bit of a chemical smell like the other reviewers mention but nothing so ridiculous that it's a deal breaker. I didn't listen to all the other people complaining about the sizing issue. Half the people said they run big, half said the opposite. I ordered my usual size and they fit just fine. I'm not having any problems with the back of my heel/ankle as far as blisters go but the bend where my toes meet my foot is really stiff on only the right side. Again, nothing out of the ordinary, that's pretty typical of my feet. I can see how these shoes might be a danger on an already slippery surface like linoleum or marble but I've only been walking around the streets of Downtown Sac. It seems like breaking in these shoes will be relatively easy but only time will tell. The first two things that I noticed about these shoes were that the foot hole is really small, which made it awkward when I was trying to switch out my other shoes for these ones at my desk and my boss walked up.... and also that they are much more pointy than I got from the picture. I have always been more of a rounded toe person and it's not my favorite look. They sort of make my already little feet (6.5) look even smaller, also a little like Edward Scissorhands. Again, these aren't deal breakers but I wish that I had noticed the pointy factor before purchasing. I'll keep my fingers crossed that they grow on me.All in all, I do like them so far and my boss did compliment me on them when she walked up on me squeezing my foot in the tiny foot hole. They seem like they are a good fit on my foot and they will be pretty comfortable after a little more breaking in.EDIT: Well, it definitely didn't take long for time to tell... I wore these shoes for less than 4 hours and they CUT my foot. Most of the time in those 4 hours I was sitting with my legs crossed and that foot wasn't even touching the ground. The blood ruined my stockings. They felt like normal new shoes at first and I was completely content with that but I've never had shoes that actually made me bleed! The left shoe was actually VERY comfortable but the right shoe was torture! So much worse than just your run of the mill heel blister. No amount of breaking in will fix that! Truly disappointing because the heel fit perfect and didn't irritate my heel/ankle like most new shoes. They were cute but not cute enough to endure such pain! Good luck if you buy these, hopefully you'll have a better experience but from the other reviews it looks like the chance is slim. I wish I would have listened to them and bought a different shoe.
