We have a sealer that seals the end of the bag as it gets cut off. So I have to wind it onto an old paper tube before use, no great hardship, but worth bearing in mind if you have that type of machine. The film is very thick, it seals very well when dry, and surprisingly, equally well when wet. If you're batching, the sealer jaws will get hot and stay hot. The thinner stuff will seal prematurely because it doesn't have time to cool down before the next "suck n seal" cycle. This stuff is quite resistant to that problem because the texture is very rough and keeps the air moving quite well, so it's quicker to vacuum too. Possibly the best film I've ever used, with OEM quality and performance. Price is the next point, 20 quid for two rolls @15m long for the usual thin stuff. So 75p a metre, or more if you're buying the 6m rolls. This was 39 [280mm wide] if memory serves, for 45m, about 85p/m. It was a little more expensive, but very nice to use, not had a chance to test long term, but I suspect I won't have as many vac leaks as the thinner stuff.

Very impressed with these. The cutter on the box works like a treat and the quality of the bags are top notch. You certainly get your money worths as there is plenty on the roll. The bags are durable and I’ve yet to have one that has split on me. Wevac also sell pre sealed bags which I have and are also of good quality. However, the benefits with having this roll is you can cut a size that is ideal for whatever you are wanting to seal whilst the pre cut ones I find can be either be too big or too small for the job. So with the roll you can cut a size for any reasonable storage capacity. I purchased these when I brought my Wevac V10. Not had any problems with them except for a few mistakes I made whilst learning how to use the V10. Will certainly order more when I run out which won’t be for a long while.

Great bag roll with. Built in cutter in box. Worked a treat and this size was perfect for a rack of ribs to fit in perfectly - just cut to length. Had no issues with sealing as you get with some bags. So good I purchased another boxed one and 6 extra reels from same company’s

Tried this instead of my usual choice. Good value for money and easy to use dispenser. Seals well, I will use again.

Excellent quality vacuum seal rolls! The plastic is thick and durable, seals perfectly, and works great for my weekly meal prep. The built-in cutter is a nice bonus and makes it easy to create custom-sized bags. Highly recommend!

I spent a lot of time looking for vacuum seal rolls after purchasing a vacuum sealer for meat storage, and I'm so glad I found these. We occasionally make homemade Mexican chorizo for our family, and when we make it, we make a lot. Recently, we prepared about 60 pounds of pork and needed something durable for packaging. The material is excellent—very strong and resistant. The 150-foot roll lasts a long time and is an incredible value for the price. The roll comes neatly organized in the box, and it's easy to cut to the exact size you need. I also like the texture of the bags. One side is smooth, and the other has a slightly textured surface, which seems to help keep the sealed packages from sliding around as much when stacked in the refrigerator or freezer. Overall, this is a fantastic product, and I highly recommend it.
