I know they say you get what you pay for, but this thing is absolute junk. Was in contact with the manufacturer about returning the unit and they stopped emailing me after I let them know why I'd like to do so.Some reasons for return:-The sub woofer connection does not work.-Won't connect to phone through USB.-Android Auto does not work.-Volume is low even when turned up to max 36.-Unit does not securely fit in dash.-Equalizer control is garbage.

This was a pleasure to use. The interface was relatively responsive and smooth and way better than I expected given prior experiences. I think most people would be very impressed with the price when they compare this with others.The unit looks very good installed and looked flush and built-in. Installation was quite easy and I like that they provided everything I needed to install it.

Nice upgrade. The unit works well, not the fastest most responsive but totally functional and better than original. Looks nice.

First off, this is anything but plug and play. I bought this because of the wonderful reviews but I have yet to experience any ease in n this unit.It came with two different power bundle, neither of which match the wiring in my truck. The steering wheel control matches one housing on the simple power bundle but nothing else matches, and the audio fits one housing on the advanced power bundle, but nothing else.There’s nowhere to feed the cables for the USB ports or the GPS, so the only way to expose them is to pinch the cords with the faceplate housing.The unit itself also doesn’t snap into place properly so it sort of says forward at the top, creating a most unpleasant squeak with the mièvrement of my truck as I drive.I did reach out to the manufacturer and they sent me a photo of the proper places to plug everything in, but it was a photo of a completely different unit model so it did me no good.I’m still waiting to hear back from them on the other issues. It may be that I was sent the wrong power bundles by mistake.I will update this review based on the results of my further communication with them.

Well my first impressions were good, the unit is pretty light/small for how big the screen was, it allows plenty of space to hide the extra wires for the harness. The android auto works, but the unit needs to be booted up 100% and then you plug your phone in, if you plug in before hand then it doesn't recognize your phone.Pros;It's pretty cheep and the screen looks pretty good for the price, the android auto works as it should (despite what I previously mention), it's super easy to install, it was 100%plug and play and took maybe 20 min MAX to put in.Cons;The screen is slow to respond, the night time mode resets its self every time you turn on/off the truck so if you drive at night it blinds you if you keep it on the maps. The suround for the unit is gloss black so it scratches supper easy and is only black so if you have a early seconed gen then you will have a black headunit in a gray interior. This unit does not use the factory back up cam/mic so you have to use cheep aftermarket ones to account for that.I ended up returning the unit because the negative stuck out to much and I just went back to the factory unit. Wouldn't recommend this unit to any one I knew.
