Cabin Fever: The Harrowing Journey of a Cruise Ship at the Dawn of a Pandemic

The first of what I expect will be many books in the “what happened during Covid” genre. Being trapped at sea as Covid started makes for a great thriller (even when you already know the outcome). Well worth the read.

I got this book in the mail today from Amazon, started it in the evening, and wound up staying up til 2 AM to finish it. Exceedingly well written, gripping and moving, it brought me to tears in the end. Fantastic.

I can’t say enough good things about this book. As others have said, Very well written and researched. Makes me have more empathy for everyone involved (except for this who erroneously turned their back on humanity)One note, it takes the reader back to the early days and uncertainty. Read only when ready.

This book is a page turner. Wonderfully researched and written, I was taken aback how these two authors make one feel they are on the ship watching the despair and agony of the Covid situation. Buy it. You will not be disappointed. Great job!

I haven’t read a book as exciting as this on in a while. Every page was exciting and so many things one would never think about happening while we sat in our houses feeling trapped and dissatisfied during the pandemic when all along there were worst fates for so many. Beautifully written! You don’t want to miss this one.
