Easy to use with 1 hand
My left hand is paralyzed . It was always difficult to drop my breaddough in a Dutchoven . No I take both handles in my right hand and land my dough with ease in the preheated Dutch oven close the lid and place the Dutchoven in the oven again. Easy peasy
