These look nice BUT these grinders were useless for grinding pepper. I would have returned them if I had tried them within the return window. Suggest if you are looking at them you keep looking elsewhere.

Very satisfied with this pepper mill. Appreciate the glass and stainless construction.

The seal on the inside of the pepper mill came apart from the rest and won't grind properly after just two uses.

These seem to be designed to slip if ‘overloaded’, regretfully any setting finer than a course grind overloads them. Unless you like very coarse pepper and chunky salt, find a different product.

Works beautifully! Grinds pepper evenly and smoothly.
