I've been using this for years now, so I thought I'd post a review. I have really bad RLS, and it's not responsive to meds. A weighted blanket helped a little, but then I tried this, and I was grateful to have found a solution. I take a mag supplement, but this is more effective. When the twitching starts, I use about one pump on each calf and one pump on each thigh. It takes a while to rub it in, but it's so worth it. It leaves a tingling feeling, but zero pain. I tried oils first, but they hurt because I'm super sensitive. This just feels good, and it actually moisturizes really well, which is a nice bonus. When I use it, I also sleep really well. I've used both unscented and the vanilla. They're both good, but I prefer the unscented.

This works on contact for restless leg. I got this years ago when I had restless leg after surgery. I had the vanilla scent then and I should have bought vanilla scent again. I will next time. It smells so good. This works for any muscle aches, cramps, twitches etc.

Love the lotion but the pump came broken

This is the first lotion I've had that truly doesn't have a scent which is nice. It's kind of thick when applying it which felt strange but I honestly did so much searching into what would help so I was desperate. Obviously consult your doctor but mine was unavailable. I have severe restless arms syndrome that makes it difficult to sit and relax and it's even worse when I'm attempting to sleep and it'll wake me up in the middle of the night. I currently take pramipexole which is a prescription medication for it but it's been suggested that I'm experiencing augmentation because it's been getting worse and I just really needed sleep. I massaged some of this lotion on both of my arms from my shoulders to my wrists and it had an odd feeling but it calmed down the sensation and I was finally able to get sleep again without that horrible uncontrollable urge to jerk and move my arms. Idk if it will help others with the same issue but I'm glad it helped me cause it's the worst feeling when you're running out of ideas how to fix it. Tens units stopped helping, massaging stopped helping, my doctor increased the dosage too, heat is supposed to help but it doesn't that much so it was a miracle that this lotion actually helped. Mind you, I went in using the lotion with the mindset of a desperate person but still thinking it probably wouldn't do anything so I'm a very pessimistic person and it helped. No irritation to my skin either.

I've been using this brand's magnesium lotion for 8 years for extreme leg cramps (the kind where you seriously consider calling an ambulance because you literally can't move/walk). It used to be a 5-star product for me. Now? I can't express how deeply disappointed I am. Last time I stocked up was in 2020, when I bought a 3-pack. Since then, they have significantly changed the ingredients. What was once a smooth, silky lotion that easily rubbed in, quickly absorbed, and easily rinsed off of your hands with a little water is now a sticky, waxy goop reminiscent of car wax. It does not rub in, it just smears across your skin. It rubs off on your clothes and stains them. And it must be washed off of your hands with soapy water. Additionally, this time I got the one with the pump because I thought it would be easier to use -- no setting the bottle upside down after using the first 25%, not having to hold the bottle to squeeze it out... So much for that idea. Pump broke when I unscrewed it and never worked, so now I have to pull it out of the bottle and make a mess to get the lotion out.
