I'm so impressed with the performance of this air fryer! It made perfect wings, french fries, toast.... it heats evenly and quickly, the interior stainless lining is easy to clean and won't rust, and it's size is perfect for a family of four.

Love this unit. It is easy to use, easy to clean. I like that it is analog knobs not digital. no electronics to worry about. The only negative I've encountered is that the timer is slightly off, so I use my kitchen timer as a back up. It cooks well and efficiently. It is a large unit and needs a permanent space.

The oven was packaged very well and was perfect in every detail. We have used it twice so far and it’s performed to my highest expectations. Cooks quickly all the way through. The ovens performance was impressive. It’s size and weight is just right, not to big nor to small. The accessories that came with it are all top of the line. The extra I ordered was the cutting board that fit on top of it and you can leave it there while using the oven for short periods of cooking. Pretty much old school with its controls and my wife loves that. I am very pleased with my purchase of this counter top oven.

Originally this was a 5* review. This is an update after about 14 months of use. Pros: Overall, it's a wonderful appliance. Nothing I cooked came out poorly. I used it for lots of things. I got mine at a very reasonable price. A vast improvement over other methods of cooking. With one exception, I've been very happy with it. I liked the dials, the SS, even its presence on my kitchen counter. It did everything it was supposed to do, and did it well. It wasn't hard to learn and understand the settings. So why have I dropped a star and switched to another brand? Well... Con: It's a pain in the you-know-what to clean. It vaporizes any oil and spreads it throughout the interior which has lots of nooks and crannies. Since I cooked a lot of chicken in mine with the skin on, that meant cleaning it constantly. You aren't supposed to use a scrubby and they just recommend a light soapy water. After awhile, the joy of using it became more of a chore. I've since switched to another highly rated brand where what's cooked is in tempered glass, which can be put in the dishwasher or hand-washed, a much easier process. Your mileage may certainly vary. You may not cook the same things I do. I would give this 4 1/2 stars because it really does everything well. But it's too much like cleaning your microwave or regular oven every time you use it. It's not like cleaning a pot or a pan.

What a great product. Love the fact that it’s not electronic selections. It is old knob turns , easy to change temperature ,ratings, and shift between types of cooking. Last unit was extremely challenging with its LED menus, which never seemed to work right. The unit heats up well I’ve cooked French fries, fish and chicken and made hamburgers in this and it just works really well I would buy it again

I really like this oven air fryer, but you do have to watch what you’re cooking because it seems to cook faster than my regular oven. I ended up burning my pizza because I didn’t watch it. It has a lot of attachments and trays to accompany all types of food. It also has a good cookbook and direction book which I needed.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise upon using my new Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven 8-1 Oven. I researched (manual knob) air fryers off and on for several months trying to decide which would work best for hubby and I. Prior to this purchase, we had a Cuisinart Digital Air Fryer with all the bells and whistles, which we rarely used about 6 of the options so many were never tried. Sadly our digital air fryer began having serious issues both with setting the time and also setting the temperature. It would totally skip the time choice for us and or the temperature setting, so that we would have to re-try and re-try over and over. Hubby was fuming and I was getting really tired of him pushing buttons to get it to the desired setting. I decided it was time to put him out of his misery and get a simpler unit. So many companies to choose from, but when push came to shove I kept re-checking on the manual Cuisinart model, since I had loved the other air fryer so much until it's digital issues drove us crazy. Straight out of the box the new Cuisinart looks very similar in size and front to my other Cuisinart. The measurements are almost identical, and all trays and baskets are the same. What I like the most is that the toaster knobs are recessed and easy to turn. Easier to read than quite a few " manual knob" air fryers. The toaster feature is quieter than our former Cuisinart and the bell ringing is also not loud at all. Last night I made a small chicken casserole and used the bake setting for the first time. It turned out perfect. So nice to not have to preheat and then bake in my large regular oven. Plus, my glass Pyrex square pan fits nicely inside which I used constantly with my former Cuisinart Air Fryer. This is a beautiful Air Fryer and much better choice for us. No longer will I need to hear my hubby pressing noisy buttons trying to get the right one correct. The new Cuisinart is a no-brainer that I should have bought in the first place a few years ago. Having all the bells and whistles definitely didn't work out for us. But this particular Cuisinart Air Fryer will. Thank you Cuisinart. I know I chose the right one this time.

I subtracted one star because there is one irritating issue about this particular air fryer. I have had several from Cuisinart, so I am very familiar with the brand and their air fryers. But, this one had a new feature to me (the grill) and I was excited to use it. Right after I just set this one up last week, I started experimenting with it and decided to try the grill component because I’ve never had that. I covered the baking tray with a sheet of aluminum foil and proceeded to grill two pieces of salmon. The salmon came out good; however, when I went to clean the grill and the baking tray after they cooled down, I noticed there were baked-in stains on the tray. While this is normal for cooking and especially with several uses, I was disappointed that the baked-on and hard to remove stains came on after just one use. I used a couple cleaning mixtures that I read about online using baking powder and water and making a paste and letting it set well. Bottom line is the stains did not come out and the tray is in worse condition than the air fryer tray that I’m replacing. The thing that really surprises me is this tray has a dull finish not a shiny finish like my old air fryer and it just attracts the stains so a brand new air fryer used for the first time, and it’s stained already; very very disappointing. The picture on the left. Is the brand new tray and the one on the right is from my old air fryer which cleans up very easily. So, the unit itself cooks great and is the characteristic Cuisinart air fryer quality. But, the accessories that come with this particular unit, are not as high quality as I am used to with the brand.

Es el reemplazo del modelo anterior y funciona perfecto! Se ven las mejoras a simple vista! Recomendable!

Excelente producto. Todo funciona a la perfección. Tiene muy buen tamaño y el color plateado combina con los electrodomésticos de la cocina. Llegó antes de lo prometido y sin detalles. Lo recomiendo.
