Excellent product. Reduced my pain
This is an excellent sturdy lift. I am 5'11" and 240lbs and I got the first set over 6 months ago and they are just now starting to show some wear. At my size and the physical nature of my work, I would say they are well worth the $11. I have a half inch difference at my hips that was start to create back pain and spasms. After about a week of wearing one in my right shoe, my daily life got much more comfortable. I wear a men's size 13 and the larger size works fine for me

Great product
First pair never arrived , it said delivered as part of a bigger order but was not there. They gladly replaced it and I am so happy they did because they work perfectly for me ! I have one leg half in shorter and this helps something much!

Good for posterior heel spurs.
My doctor recommended a foam heel lift for my heel spurs and I found these to be perfect for this problem. The 1/2” is a good heigth. My heel doesn't slip out of my shoe which prevents rubbing. It is made of soft silicone and comfortable to wear over extended periods of time. They are sturdy, and of good quality. I like them so much i bought multiple pairs for all of my shoes.

Soft, comfortable and could position them where I needed them, stay in place and relieved pressure on ankle by shoe. Allowed me to wear shoes again instead of bare feet or half slipper scuffles.

The heel lift really helps with giving back the lift you may need . It made a difference gor me, improved my gait.
