Harley-Davidson Men's Darrol Motorcycle Boots. Black or Brown. D93191 D93192

I like these boots. I remember when they first popped up on the HD site, there was a review that called them more of a "supervisors boot" as opposed to a riding boot which actually was perfect for me. A year later and I got around to ordering them and they're definitely closer to a riding boot than a supervisor's boot. They're also a little dressy/stylish for a utility boot so they are like the perfect hybrid riding/sport/supervisors boot). All in all, it's a great boot.I always ordered an 11.5 in Harley Davidson boots but lately I've needed size 12 or 12.5 in other brands (sneakers, shoes, or boots) but I saw a lot of people say the fit true to size so I went with the 11.5 and they fit perfectly. As Harley boots always have fit me.When the first came, I looked at the leather and thought they had a sturdy, shiny, black leather toe that sort otlf transitioned to a really really dark dark blue (almost black) matte finish, but after spending some time wearing them, it is black on black. These are perfect and exactly what I wanted and hoped for. From the fact that there is no pad around the ankle (which I can't stand) to something sturdy yet also slightly dressy if needed. Harley boots have always been a quality product. Whoever it is that actually makes them.

I expected that the leather would be thicker and of better quality, like on other HD boots I've seen before. Otherwise, they are fine and should probably cost $50-60. The metal logo badges seem to be out of place and don't really add anything to the look or functionality. The one on the calf is flat, and when the boot is laced up sticks out. I bent it with the hummer to the contour of the boot.

Now this is a great boot for riding. The fit is fine, IF you size down. I usuallly wear either a 10 or 101/2 depending on the quality. I had to get a 91/2 and it was still a bit large but boot inserts solved that quickly. I would say it's almost 3/4 to a full shoe size larger than your normal shoe/boot. This is a pretty narrow boot so if you need wide boots (E) , look elsewhere. This is a classy looking boot that you could wear is a dress shoe/boot. The heel is not crazy tall or toe very tall both of which make riding and changing gears a pain. I tried the black and then ordered the brown also. Really pleased with them.

After reading all of the sizing issues I ordered a half size smaller than I usually wear. I wear in every shoe a 9.5 maybe even 10. I couldn't believe I would fit in an 8 (like recommended from other reviews) so I ordered a size 9 my toes had room but my heal and top of my foot where very tight, also the widest point of my foot was extremely tight not even comfortable enough to think they would stretch and break in they just did not fit. I am 5 foot 10 and about 220 pounds my feet are normal size and these boots fit perfect in a 9.5, good thick leather rubber soles and look very good I recommend order your normal size.

So the reviews that say this boot is too big are true, BUT if you have wider feet, this is a good thing as the boot gets pretty narrow pretty fast. I ordered a size 12 and I would say it is the same size as a 13, but my little toe touches the side of the boot which means any smaller and I would think they are too small. Maybe an 11 1/2 would have been the happy medium. Either way I love these boots, they are surprisingly comfortable.

Looked great, ordered a 12 and its slightly bigger. I would order about 1/2 size smaller but still very comfortable.

I am a 10.5 size and ordered a 10 based in the comments. It fits perfectly.They look pretty good, aren't black, but a dark grey as in the picture. I assume they will look better with some use.The sole is stitched, I hope they last, because I will be stepping in the thread.I'd give them some time and surelly I'll order the brown boots too.

Muy lindas la botas, cómodas también pero hay que comprar una talla menos a la habitual, mi esposo tiene el pie grueso y calza talla 10, compramos 9.5 y quedaron grandes, mejor comprar una talla menos.
