CAROTE 4-Cup Nonstick Granite Egg Pan, Cream White

I absolutely love this 4-round omelette pan! It has quickly become one of my most used pans in the kitchen. The four separate sections make it incredibly easy to cook eggs perfectly for breakfast sandwiches. Each egg cooks evenly and keeps a nice round shape that fits perfectly on an English muffin, bagel, or toast. No more oddly shaped eggs hanging off the bread! The pan heats evenly and cooks everything thoroughly without burning the bottom. I’ve used it for eggs, small pancakes, sausage patties, and even little hash browns, and everything comes out great. The nonstick surface works really well too—my eggs slide right out with almost no effort and cleanup is super quick. Another thing I appreciate is being able to cook multiple items at once. I can make breakfast sandwiches for my whole family much faster since I’m cooking four eggs at the same time instead of one by one. If you enjoy making egg sandwiches at home, this pan is a total game changer. It keeps everything uniform, cooks thoroughly, and makes breakfast prep so much easier. I love that you can make 4 portions of eggs and whatever else that person wants. For example if my kiddo wants cheesy bacon scrambled eggs in one spot, another just wants plain, another wants eggs and ham etc. it’s the perfect depth. Quality, I can put it in the dishwasher and it has been durable. The non-stick is great and it has not stained at all! The handle has stayed in tact.

I love this pan!! I knew that this pan wouldn't disappoint. Trusting brand! I had first seen this pan on the Lemon8 app when I was scrolling, trying to find different things to make for breakfast. There was a lady making a McGridle, and then she had sausages in one of the circles; it was the smartest thing. I love cutting up the bacon and putting it in the pan. Sometimes I will put the sausage patties in it instead of the bacon. The pan is scratch-resistant, easy to use, the depth of the circles inside is reasonable, and the size itself is just right. I will definitely keep purchasing from this brand. Happy with my purchase!!

I really like the concept of this pan and how practical it is for everyday cooking, especially for eggs and pancakes. It heats evenly and does a good job keeping the shape of the food, which is great for presentation. That said, I do want to point out that the size is smaller than I initially expected. This was on me — the dimensions are listed in the specifications, so I definitely recommend checking them carefully before ordering to avoid surprises. In terms of performance, it works very well. Eggs and pancakes do not stick, but I still recommend lightly greasing the pan with oil or butter before use for best results, especially if you want clean edges and easy release. Overall, it’s a solid product, easy to use, and convenient for quick breakfasts. I deducted one star only because of the size expectation, but functionally it does what it promises.

Nicely made pan, wooden handle so no heat transfer to your hand. Perfectly sized for english muffins. It's nonstick but takes certain technique, unlike teflon pans, but those flake off toxic chemicals. You will need to find a mini griddle spatula also, the cups too small for normal spatulas. First I put a little water into the cups and heat the pan up till the water boils off, always work with hot pan when cooking if you don't want things to stick, its called the leidenfrost effect. I still like to use tiny drop of oil or butter and spread it around with a silicone brush. Crack in your eggs, you should hear it sizzle a bit, immediately turn the heat low and let it cook slowly till you see the egg white turn solid. If it hasn't separated on its own, use a fork or butterknife to run along the edges to free the edges for flipping. I use a fork and mini spatula to flip them over. continue cooking to your desired doneness. I love a nice runny egg. If you're only making one or two eggs, i pour water into the empty cups, heating empty pan for long time may damage it. Cleanup is easy, can just wipe with paper towel. The screw for the wooden handle may need periodic tightening.

Genuinely nonstick. Heats up evenly. Cooks eggs like a dream. I make breakfast sandwiches all the time now. So easy to use. Perfectly sized individual cavities for eggs. Haven't used it for anything other than eggs and sausage patties so far. But it's absolutely perfect for that. Pan itself isn't too heavy to handle with my arthritic hands, nor is it too light to where food will burn when cooking. The handle is a sturdy well balanced grip. It's a really well built pan and at a great price. This is my second piece of cookware from CAROTE and I must say I'm impressed by their quality and durability as well as their prices. I can easily see myself buying more from this brand. I definitely recommend them.

Great non stick and easy to clean. Prefect for egg breakfast sandwich BUT handle not heat tolerant. The heat (gas) has damaged the handle. Its now weak and will eventually fail. Very sad about this. it’s one of my favorite pans.

An easy way to make a few days of eggs for reheating. The pan is nonstick although I generally add a little oil. It is the easiest way to make multiple eggs at once. The handle is man made product that doesn't get hot. The eggs cook evenly and I do put a lid on to steam them a bit. It takes about 10-15min and I do turn them over but not sure that is necessary. It is also easy to clean and I put it in the dishwasher. It was a great value and allows me to make egg sandwiches ahead so I don't need to buy a sandwich on the way to work.

The pan is high quality and super easy to clean. I love the material the handle is made out of. I wouldn't have thought I would be mentioning a handle for an egg pan, but this one is nicely done and not hallow like on some kitchen utensils and pans. Washing it is a breeze too! I use this 4 out 7 days a week. I highly recommend it!

Nützlich, praktisch und die Spiegeleier sind sehr dekorativ. Nach ein paar Jahren immer noch kein Vergang!

Me costó pillarle el truco. No hay que usar NADA de aceite. Las tortitas quedan muy bien, pero a mis hijas les han parecido pequeñas… prefieren de mayor diámetro.
