Works great. I had sinus surgery over two years ago now and so my sinuses are still trying to get back to normal. I have horrible allergies and get sinus infections & double ear infections constantly - they get so bad that I will not show any symptoms until it gets so bad that I am really close to a respiratory infection. I know have to keep sinus meds and all the goods on hand the minute I catch on that I am getting sick. These work really well so far for me. Granted it won't get rid of my sinus infections when they're past the normal procedures and have to go to the doctor, but they do help with some of the pain and if I catch it early then it will get rid of it. I keep a bottle of these in my medicine cabinet. It's a good deal for the price as you get a lot in the bottle and I liked the ingredients! Will continue to purchase and have on hand when I need it! If you have breathing problems of any kind, this product may help you. It has me and other family members over the last ten years. You need to take it daily to have the best outcome. It works!!

This item was very helpful when I had a cold with need for help as an expectorant. He was far better than a name brand decongestant/expectorant.

I love this product and will continue to use when I need it! It really works! I have mold in my office and was coming home wheezing. When I took the product it cleared that up along with my sinuses. It was packaged well, it came quickly and it is a good price for a product that is effective.

I am giving this product a 3 because it is very challenging to evaluate. A trip to an ENT for blockage of both ears resulted in a recommendation of sinus surgery for chronic pan sinusitis. I was opposed, I am still opposed. I wanted to try a homeopathic product to see if I could improve, so, I landed on this product. Directions recommend taking 3-4 times/day. I have been taking once only. The tablet is HUGE, and I am not all that great about taking meds, and certainly not three or four times/day. Anyway, the drainage from my sinuses has become more clear and lessened. I do have a nagging post nasal drip cough and one ear still has fluid sloshing around. The allergy meds haven't helped that much yet. I do think that this product has helped, but it isn't a night and day improvement, so, I can't say for certain. Perhaps if you take it as directed, it would be more noticeable. So, I am not critical by any means, just unsure.
