Columbia Women's Bahama Ls

I haven't had a real chance to wear this yet on safari, but I am pleasantly surprised with the fit and feel of this garment. I typically wear S or M shirts and bought an S based on reviews. It fits perfectly. I would say that if you have a longer torso, you may have an issue with the fit; I happen to have a very short torso. I'm 5'7 and 145 lb for reference, smaller on top (4-6) and larger on bottom (6-8). Material seems nice and though the sleeves are short, I will wear the shirt rolled up anyway.

I took it to Africa for safari and it worked perfectly, light enough to not be too warm, long sleeves protected arms from the sun and it washes nicely and drys quickly. The vent in the back is helpful for catching a little breeze. Size seems to be accurate.

I'm planning a vacation to Costa Rica soon, and I needed a high-quality, lightweight, long-sleeve shirt with sun protection. I hadn't planned to buy a "fishing shirt", but this shirt seemed to be just what I wanted so I gave it a try. I'm 68 yrs old, 5'3", 122 lbs, 36B bust, and I bought a Small (other reviews said it runs a little large). It fits great. It looks good alone, or there's plenty of room to wear it over a t-shirt. It washed up beautifully on delicate cycle and I hung it to dry. Looking forward to taking it on my trip!

I wore this shirt many times during a hiking/biking expedition in Thailand, in August. I pre-treated it with Permethrin spray and was bug free. I was sweating like crazy because of the heat and humidity but the shirt was comfortable and dried quickly. Super easy to wash and hang dry for use the next day. This Columbia shirt fits a little on the loose side compared to other Columbia shirts. I wear a small or medium in most things and this small fit me well.

I bought two of these and they are both a little big on me (I bought the small). The quality is great, and they are really airy. You look a little like you are going to Jurassic Park when you are wearing them.UPDATE: I did a 6 week thru-hike with only two of these shirts as my tops. They are great for sink washing, the dry easy, they dont hold odor, and they really protect you from the sun. For the ladies who dont want to wear bras, the pockets hide things so you aren't too interesting to look at. They are my go-to shirt for a day of sweat, sun, and water. The larger sizes are good for ventilation, but I kind of look like a kid in their dads shirt in them. I am going to try to order something smaller and more colorful so I can try not looking like a victorian explorer every time I go out.ADVICE: don't get the white. The white does not age well and picks up pit stains like no other.

Love the shirt and its functionality. Great material. I love Columbia products for their quality and affordability. But (as other reviewers had mentioned) it runs large. I am 125 lbs, 5'5, A - cup. Ordered a small and returning it to order a X-small.

Buen producto, original. La talla S es grande, yo soy latina con talla M y la talla S me quedo bien, incluso un poco grande pero para mi esta bien, ya que la requiero para caminar y me gusta que sea ancha.

I bought the small after reading the reviews saying they were somewhat loose fitting, but I actually bought it because I do fish as that is what it really is designed for. So if you bought it for sports fishing then it is a winner as it blocks the sun and allows movement. If you aren't going to use it for sports it is still a nice looking shirt to wear over a tank top.
