Cell-Tech has been my go-to creatine for a reason. Mixes well, tastes fine, and it actually does what it promises. After about a week, my workouts started feeling different — heavier lifts moving easier, better pumps, and that “wait… was this always this light?” moment. Not saying I turned into a superhero, but my muscles definitely got the memo and showed up to work. Recovery feels better, strength is consistent, and it just fits perfectly into my training routine. does not mix well
taste is good, creatine amount is misleading - it is actually 5g/serving, so the label is telling you to take 2 servings, that you could do with any other creatine. This is my lumpiest creatine. Every other one that I have had, or have currently mixes no problem. But this one always has globs unless I use the blender. Even a shaker isn't enough to break it up. But its fine, just not 5 stars.
