I feel much much "lighter," and not to be too graphic,but my bms are very productive and SOLID now! 💪🏽 The dosage is easy to take, just ONE small easy to swallow pill a day. There is no taste, no odor in the bottle itself and it's really convenient! Im hooked! I have been looking around for probiotics that actually do hit the intestines. I can tell when they do because of the quality of the stool. Before taking these it was hit or miss. I was taking the woman’s one of this brand that was working well but then I needed one for both men and woman. This one works the same, regular bowel movements, less gas, dependable. Not sudden run to the bathroom but good whoosh.
