Pricey at nearly £50, but what a beautiful set of cards. Very well made. Shows and describes really well what you need to do for the movements on the double-sided cards. Great how they are color-coded for doing the moves in a sequence. Decent size too. Very easy to follow.

These are high quality cards with a lot of helpful information on them. They are grouped by color to make them easy to sort, and offer helpful guidance for each pose represented. I'm using them to help build sequences for my YTT training until I get better at putting flows together. A helpful resource to have.

This set of yoga cards is a must to have for a yoga teacher or any yoga enthusiast. The design is beautiful and the quality great. Every card provides great detail about every yoga pose, their Sanskrit name, along with the pose difficulty, chakra associated with the pose and benefits of the pose. You also get yoga sequences cards and sun salutation cards. I highly recommend this yoga deck of cars!
