T Nuts Not Tall Enough
The plates were fine, good thickness to provide a stable connections. The t-nuts, however, were not tall enough. When installing the plates with the included screws and t-nuts, when sliding the attached bar along the extrusion the t-nuts tend to rotate in the t-channel and then pop right out of the t-slot. I purchase some corner connectors for another part of the project and they came with taller t-nuts that did not rotate in the t channel.
