The Cocktail Experiment Lavender Bitters (5oz)

We are in a world of crappy wine labeled "Clos". This is all we get. It comes in a liter box and makes you want to keep drinking it only so that you get so hammered you forget you are drinking it. The only salvation is this bottle of bitters. Three drops per glass and you can almost pretend you are not having a Clos encounter. I have yet to use them in a proper cocktail. I'm afraid I'll run out and will be stuck choking down boxed alcohol that isn't really wine, but attempts to come Clos.

I use it to make a Bourbon Spice Rack. Goes well with other things I'm sure but so far bourbon has worked the best. Not too strong and adds a nice flavor.

I ordered this product after a trip to Provence. I thought it would be unusual and add a different element to a Manhattan. Very smooth and subtle and I ordered some as Christmas presents.

These bitters are great. The aroma is deep, heady, & spot on with the product description. The lavender is not overpowering as can be the case with lavender bitters. This makes them both more effective and more versatile. Not only that but these bitters are great value, as most artisan bitters cost far more for no higher quality.

I used it to make champagne cocktails (bitters soaked sugar cube dropped in champagne) and lavender old fashioneds so far. Both were YUM!

Seems incredibly cheap. Bought as a gift and was ashamed to give away this pathetic looking bitters in a plastic bottle. Not worth 15$
