Is this tape paintable?

Most paints will not adhere to Flex Tape. However, Flex Seal aerosol may be used as a primer to transform the appearance of surfaces where Flex Tape has been applied.

Hey there. I have a hairline crack in my toilet tank, so there is dripping. Would this seal it even as the tank empties and refills?

Without a doubt. I have used this tape on my roof in a tropical climate and it has withstood all the elements have to throw at it. I doubt seriously that the function of draining a refilling a toilet tank will be much of a challenge. Just be sure to follow direction and apply to a dry surface.

Could swear i saw flex tapes side by side, and on one of the tapes it had the word "aqua" or "aquamarine, or "marine"! is there such a thing??

I do not believe there is a marine version though they claim Flex Tape works underwater. I used mine on a pool slide and while it worked great I noticed that a small spot that was wet did not adhere as well as the rest so I am a little skeptical.
