how much cotton in the fabric and what else is in it?

Hi: are bust sizes accurate? why are the asian sizes "stupid" if the inches are listed? are they untrue??? thank you!

With Asian sizes you gotta just buy really big. I buy the largest size usually and I’m 260lbs.
