Fantastic have the set and are the best only have to cook on low heat & gives a beautiful crust does not burn & wipes clean

After contemplating a Hexckad pan for a while I bit the bullet and decided on this one. Only had it a week whichbis long enough to know its amazing. It's huge so covers all bases in being a frying pan, batch cook pan and deep fryer. Lots of my other pans are going to be retired as this thing performs on so many levels. It is expensive but I can see why, as it truly brilliant and excellent quality. I've put it through it's paces and a worthy investment.
